When you contact us, book a call, join the newsletter, or share a hiring requirement, we may collect your name, work email, company details, and the context you provide. We collect only what is needed to respond and support your hiring conversation.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, coordinate discovery calls, send requested hiring guidance, and improve how the site works. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Calendly (discovery calls)

When you book a discovery call, the booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We receive the details needed to join the call.

We link to our LinkedIn company page so you can learn more about TalixoHR. If a LinkedIn insight tag is enabled with your consent, it processes visit data under LinkedIn's policy. We do not receive personal identities from it.

Analytics (with your consent)

We may use privacy-respecting analytics such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These load only after you accept non-essential cookies and help us understand site usage. They are disabled by default and never load without consent.

If you join the newsletter, we store the email you provide so we can send occasional founder-focused hiring notes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
